Returns & Exchanges

Returns are easy. Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, simply notify customer service at info@lampsboutique.com for return authorization. Orders and back order cancellations must be made via email to info@lampsboutique.com and confirmed by us via email.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. Pending inspection, an exchange, refund or credit will be issued to you.

Returned orders that qualified for free shipping promotions will be charged for shipping and will incur up to a 25% restocking fee. Non-personalized products that are made to order are final sale. Howard Miller brand products and clocks are final sale.

All merchandise that arrives damaged must be notified to info@lampsboutique.com within 5 days of receipt of order. Furniture orders that arrive damaged must be notified on delivery day and noted on the bill of landing.
