Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders are packaged within hours of receiving your order. Most orders will arrive within 2-14 business days of shipment of order. Note: oversized packages, custom orders and items shipped directly from the supplier may take longer. Orders and back order cancellations must be made via email to info@lampsboutique.com and confirmed by us via email.

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box and may not ship the same day.

If your order shipped and requires a Fedex or UPS address correction you may incur a $15 address correction fee. If you order shipped via freight truck the address correction fee varies, please contact us at info@lampsboutique.com. If the order cannot be deliverd due to incorrect address, no one is available to accept the delivery, or it's refused--There will be a 25% restocking fee in addition to shipping fees.  The outgoing and return  shipping fees will be deducted from the value of return, even if order shipped free.

Accepting Over Sized / Freight Truck Deliveries

 


 

Over sized orders are any orders that ship on pallets or large boxes via freight truck. Please note: These are residential curbside deliveries only; the driver will not deliver inside the home, unless set up before order ships.

Signing/Receiving your shipment:

1. You must be present to receive and sign for your delivery. (Carriers need at least a 4-hour window for all deliveries) If you schedule delivery without being present, and it arrives damaged no claims can be filed. Please make sure you are present for accepting your shipment.
2. Please check how many pieces are listed on the paperwork, which will be listed on the driver’s paperwork. Once piece count is verified, notate any pieces that are short.
3. You are responsible for performing a detailed inspection of each carton/skid upon delivery; any damage MUST be notated on the delivery receipt.
4. Drivers will wait for you to inspect the inside of each carton; all damage must be notated on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. Signature on delivery receipt means you are accepting order as is. Please take time to review product for damages prior to signing receipt.
5. Notate visible damage per above instructions. Notify us within 24hrs of damage. Keep the original packaging. This will start the claims process and we will arrange replacement.
 

Free Shipping

 


 

Free shipping is only valid on shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may qualify for free shipping promotions at time of checkout. Our shipping department will notify you if any additional shipping charges will apply before shipping your order. Most returned orders that qualilfied for free shipping promotions will be charged for shipping and restocking fees.

Additional shipping charges may occur on some over sized orders and orders shipping to big city / rural destinations. We will contact you once your order is recieved with notifications of extra shipping fees. You can always email us at info@lampsboutique.com for shipping quote requests.

Contact us at info@lampsboutique.com to see if your order can ship abroad. Shipping and applicable duty charges are paid by the recipient. Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to international orders. All sales are final on international orders.
